These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7p77u ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 7p77u website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 7p77u platform and must close any existing account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

7p77u reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

To register and use a 7p77u account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 7p77u enforces a strict 18+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable in Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party.
• You do not currently hold another active 7p77u account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 7p77u or had an account closed by 7p77u for a violation of these Terms.
• Your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable to you.

7p77u employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all players before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a 7p77u account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 7p77u is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7p77u will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

7p77u implements SSL 256-bit encryption across all connections and offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP as a standard security layer on all registered accounts. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA and use a unique, strong password for their 7p77u account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 7p77u account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7p77u reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses or free bets credited to those accounts, and retain any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts where such winnings arose from promotional abuse.

7p77u supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All balances are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the 7p77u account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 7p77u reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳20,000.

4.2 Deposit Funds Usage

Deposits made to your 7p77u account are intended solely for the purpose of participating in available games and sports betting markets. 7p77u does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 7p77u operational capital.

4.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. 7p77u will investigate and resolve the matter within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated against valid transactions will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

7p77u offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets placed at odds of less than 1.5 may not contribute towards wagering requirements. Full contribution tables are available in individual promotion pages.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 7p77u reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse or circumvention of bonus terms is suspected.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; exploiting mathematical or technical errors in bonus calculations; coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; or placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. 7p77u actively monitors for bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses, close accounts, and withhold funds in confirmed cases.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 7p77u are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 7p77u will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in cases where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned or postponed without being completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Where partial results have been determined before abandonment, settlement rules applicable to each specific market type will apply.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on 7p77u are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a game malfunction, crash, or disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be treated as void and the relevant stake returned to the player's account. 7p77u does not accept liability for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Single-event or single-session maximum winnings may apply to certain games or markets. Where a maximum payout limit is applicable, it will be displayed within the relevant game or market. 7p77u reserves the right to apply a maximum payout cap of ৳5,000,000 per player per calendar day across all products.

By using 7p77u, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the 7p77u platform, its games, or its payment systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer sessions.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity. 7p77u complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of the sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Abusing, threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward 7p77u staff or other players via any support or communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any tool designed to disguise your true location or identity.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 7p77u account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. If an active bonus is in progress at the time of closure, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Players seeking closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should specifically request a self-exclusion closure. This triggers additional protections including suppression of all marketing communications and a cooling-off period before any re-registration request can be considered.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 7p77u

7p77u reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the direction of a competent legal or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed by 7p77u due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be retained by 7p77u to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for other reasons (e.g., inactivity or regulatory direction), remaining verified balances will be returned after applicable administrative fees are deducted.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 7p77u will notify the registered email address prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower). Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact 7p77u support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 7p77u will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. 7p77u's decision on any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory applicable consumer protection rights.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7p77u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. 7p77u's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
